Through our mentorship program, we provide girls with the opportunity to learn skills to help them flourish personally, including communication, negotiation and decision-making skills that have a direct impact on every girl's future. We teach them to appreciate the true value they hold by using authentic storytelling, holding meaningful spaces, and sisterhood to build their self-esteem and self-awareness. As a result, they are able to connect with peers and mentors for the purpose of inspiring social change.
