Our Work in
The United States
Girls Talk Organisation empowers girls and young women from underserved communities, including Black girls, girls of color, and immigrant girls, to build confidence, leadership, and agency. We create inclusive, healing-centered spaces where education, advocacy, and mentorship intersect to support mental health, identity development, career readiness, and civic engagement. Our programs equip girls to navigate challenges, amplify their voices, and become leaders who drive change in their schools, communities, and beyond.

Mental Health & Wellbeing
We center girls’ holistic wellbeing by addressing mental, emotional, and reproductive health. Through wellness circles, self-care workshops, body literacy, sexual and reproductive health education, and menstrual equity programs, we equip girls and young women with tools for resilience, stress management, and personal growth. This work ensures mental and reproductive wellbeing support confidence, empowerment, and the ability to thrive academically, socially, and in leadership roles.

Confidence, Identity & Leadership
We support girls and young women in exploring self-worth, cultural identity, body positivity, and feminist values while fostering leadership potential. Through mentorship, coaching, and exposure opportunities, they connect personal identity to educational and career aspirations. This empowers them to envision and pursue their futures boldly, embrace their leadership potential, and cultivate the confidence and skills needed to create meaningful impact in their communities.

Advocacy & Social Change
We empower girls and young women to understand and take a stand on issues that matter—gender-based violence, domestic violence, reproductive rights, and broader racial, economic, and environmental justice. Through hands-on learning, mentorship, and active participation in their communities, they turn knowledge into action. By raising their voices, advocating for change, and stepping into leadership, they become the driving force for a more just, equitable, and inclusive society.

Digital Empowerment & Collective Power
We equip girls and young women with digital literacy, online safety, media creation, and critical thinking skills. Beyond personal safety, they learn to leverage technology as a platform for storytelling, advocacy, and social change. This empowers them to amplify feminist voices, connect with like-minded peers, and build collective power online, ensuring they can engage responsibly and strategically.
